‘Goods’ mean Blinds and all related Blinds and Shutter Products manufactured and supplied by Blinds Online 4 you. ‘We, Our and Us’ represents Blinds Online 4 You and all who are affiliated with the domain name. ‘You, the buyer, Customer, Your, their and Purchaser’ means the person placing the order online. Blinds Online 4 You is trading under the company name of JCS Group Pty Ltd. Any paperwork received will have the company name and ACN clearly shown for all customer transactions.


Our online store invites you to purchase Blinds at an affordable price due to the fact that it is Supply only, unless there has been an agreement between the customer and Blinds Online 4 You to offer an added service of Check Measures at the customers expense (Sydney Metro area only). This supply only contract commences once the customer has paid for the goods in full which means transfer of ownership to the buyer will take place. We do not accept orders outside of Australia. Blinds online 4 you will notify the buyer once the order has been complete and ready for processing. You can pay online via Mastercard, Visa, EFT Your payment card details are secured with end-to-end encryption to ensure no information is sent through to a third party – as part of our Privacy policy. Blinds Online 4 you use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, which means you will not be making payment to an unsecured website.


Blinds Online 4 you do their best to ensure that all pricing shown online is accurate, though pricing is subject to change without notice. All pricing shown on our website has the Goods and Services Tax (GST) included and the final price shown to you is the price you pay. All prices are in Australian Dollar (AUD)

However, due to fluctuating postage and delivery pricing from our third party carriers, extra delivery charges to remote areas may be applied in addition to our $25 Flat rate delivery fee. A Blinds Online 4 You representative will be in touch to advise of this additional charge, before any order is processed. All Blind Componentry is FREE Shipping Australia-wide.

Right to Cancel, Change or Return an Order

Due to our products being custom made, orders will be processed after a set period of 24 hours. You have the right to cancel you order before the 24-hour period and a refund will be issued minus the Credit Card Surcharge. Refunded monies may take a few days to show in your account after our electronic transfer and we are not responsible for bank transfer delays. Failure to advise of a cancellation before the set time will result in your order being processed and no changes, cancellations or refunds will be made.

Blinds Online 4 You has the right to cancel your order if:

*There is insufficient stock to cover the manufacture of the goods or if the delivery is requested outside of Australia.

*Discontinued stock that was unknown to us.

*The goods were listed at the incorrect price due to typographical error, system error or due to incorrect pricing information made by our suppliers.

If we do cancel your order we will notify you by phone and/or email and the funds will be returned to you as soon as possible, minus the credit card payment fees. We are not obligated to offer any extra compensation for disappointments.

Delivery of damaged goods need to be communicated to Blinds Online 4 You within 24 hours and we will assist you as best we can. We reserve the right to either replace or repair the product taking into consideration the amount of damage. It is necessary to return the defective or damaged item to Blinds Online 4 You for our inspection prior to any repairs or replacements made. If a replacement is available to the customer, we will notify this before the goods are sent and delivery charges will be covered by Blinds Online 4 You.

Warranty – Blinds Online 4 You offer a 12 Month Manufactures warranty on most parts and working mechanisms with the exclusion of: a) Normal Wear & Tear

    1. Accident
    2. Any alterations made by the consumer
    3. Exposure to any elements
    4. Misuse
    5. Normal fading of fabrics or dyes
    6. Fitted in a non-domestic area
    7. Failure to follow any of our measurement, installation or maintenance guides

Product Descriptions and Images

The images shown on our website – Blinds Online 4 You, have either been professionally photographed or uploaded with the permission of our Suppliers. Due to resolution and different settings of computer monitors, the swatch thumbnail images will appear differently to the exact colour. Due to this issue, we recommend you order your FREE fabric/colour sample. Blinds Online 4 You will mail out your Free sample at no extra charge to ensure you are satisfied before you make your purchase. Whilst every attempt will be made by Us to ensure that all products purchased and delivered match and any variation in colour or pattern between the images shown to you and delivered shall not entitle you to reject the Goods or claim any compensation from Blinds Online 4 You.


Many of the products we sell online are based on your measurements. It is your responsibility to have the correct measurements in millimetres. If you are unsure of where to start and how to measure please contact our Customer Service team or refer to our ‘How to measure’ instruction manual. You must check the colour, description and measurements before placing your order online or by phone. You are responsible for checking the order via the email confirmation that Blinds Online 4 You have emailed to you.

  • New Home/Office Building Plans – If you would like a quick quote based on your house or office plans simply key in the measurements shown on your plans and Blinds Online 4 You will calculate a price for you. Although these are correct measurements based on architecture you will still need to physically measure the windows before placing your Blinds order online. Measurements on Plans may have a slight change to actual on-site measures and we will not refund any products due to variation of numbers entered by the customer, compared to measurements that have been physically taken

Delivering Merchandise

Blinds Online 4 You are a reputable business which exceeds to ensure your goods are delivered within an acceptable time frame, and packaged securely, to minimise damage. We use third party Freight companies, and we can only advise of the delivery date according to our Freight company and cannot give exact times. If there is no one available, goods will be left in a safe place by the driver, unless special instructions have been advised by the customer upon placing their order. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. If a re-delivery needs to be organised, then you will need to contact the courier company to organise the next available delivery day. Blinds Online 4 You only deliver to the address given at the time the order was placed online. If you have received an incorrect order you will need to report this to Blinds Online 4 You as soon as possible.

If you have placed an order for more than one type of Blind, then you may receive separate deliveries due to different warehouses.

Situations beyond our control

Blinds Online 4 You has no liability to you for any failure for any goods delivered that you have ordered or for any late deliveries or for any delivery date that has been changed or for any damage or defect to our products that have been delivered which were results caused beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to Third party actions, restrictions to property delivery, locked-out, natural disasters, fires, explosions or accidents.

Consumer Guarantee

Blinds Online 4 You have a duty to provide you with the goods you have ordered online. If a part is missing or partially delivered, we will resend missing items. A refund is only available if we cannot replace or repair any item ordered online.
